Supervizor is an AI-based software designed to simplify the lives of internal audit teams. Our platform enables internal auditors to perform risk testing continuously, eliminating the need for traditional sampling methods. Supervizor continuously analyzes accounting and operational data to surface risk insights, anomalies, and potential fraud.
Founded in France in 2016, we expanded to the US by opening our New York office in April 2022. Our customer base in North America continues to grow, and we are now looking to expand our team.
In March 2024, Supervizor raised $22 million in funding to build the audit analytics platform of the future and establish a leading presence in the US market.
Position Overview:Supervizor is looking to grow our American Customer Success team and add another Customer Success Manager to our NYC team.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and adoption of our audit analytics software at large organizations, including Fortune 500 companies. You will work closely with Chief Audit Executives (CAEs) and internal audit teams to help them implement audit analytics, guide them in interpreting risk findings and insights, and assist them in moving to a risk-based audit plan.
You will be the main point of contact for our prospects and clients on audit and accounting questions, acting as a key partner to ensure seamless client experiences from initial demos to full-scale deployments.
This role combines your expertise in audit and accounting with a strong aptitude for working with data, as well as excellent client and relationship-building skills!
What you will do:
Client onboarding:
- Lead Supervizor’s product demonstrations, understanding clients’ audit challenges and priorities while showcasing how Supervizor’s platform improves risk detection, enhances audit efficiency, and drives organizational value.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address audit-related questions, demonstrating how Supervizor’s functionalities align with client needs.
- Organize and run test analyses, presenting key audit findings and your recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage end-to-end project deployments, ensuring timely and effective implementation of the software with support from the technical team.
- Guide clients through integration processes, ensuring seamless alignment with their accounting and operational systems.
- Deliver tailored training sessions to internal audit teams, empowering them to leverage Supervizor’s capabilities for their specific audit needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact post-implementation, maintaining proactive communication with clients and resolving challenges as they arise.
- Analyze complex accounting scenarios and propose tailored solutions to optimize platform integration into clients’ workflows.
- Continuously identify opportunities to expand platform usage, maximizing value for internal audit teams.
Product
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to the product team to enhance features based on client insights and evolving audit standards.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategic audit checks tailored to specific risks and regulatory requirements.
- Work with the product team to design dashboards and reports for audit committees, enabling data-driven decision-making and improved governance.

Qualifications:
- CPA certification.
- 1–2 years of experience in external or internal audit.
- Proficiency in Excel and a strong affinity for working with data.
- Interest in technology and willingness to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
- Team player with a proactive mindset.
- Native English speaker.
