Supervizor is a revolutionary fintech company leveraging machine learning to help businesses analyze their accounting data. Our mission is to transform auditing by automating controls on accounting and operational data, enabling the rapid detection of errors and fraud. Currently in a growth phase, we are preparing to expand internationally, starting with the United States.

 

As the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for our Tunisian entity, you will be responsible for ensuring robust financial, accounting, and administrative management. Your role will be pivotal: leading the local team, securing financial flows, optimizing processes, and supporting the ongoing transformation of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure reliable accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury management for the Tunisian subsidiary
  • Lead, train, and develop the local administrative team
  • Structure, optimize, and digitalize administrative and financial processes
  • Manage relationships with external partners: accounting firms, auditors, etc.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and proper management of statutory accounts
  • Collaborate with the headquarters (France) to harmonize practices and drive cross-functional projects
  • Prepare financial closings and provide reliable reporting to management
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement, implementing new tools and supporting company growth

Your path:

  • First Month

    • Immersion in our environment, tools, and business challenges
    • Meetings with local stakeholders and headquarters
    • Understanding specific needs related to Tunisia and the group structure
    • Getting to grips with existing processes and tools

    Months 2-3

    • Taking on increasing responsibility for financial and administrative operations
    • Launching initial process optimization and harmonization plans
    • Actively overseeing the admin team and collaborating regularly with HQ

    After 3 Months

    • Increasing responsibility over financial and administrative operations for both the Tunisian entity and the French company
    • In coordination with the Group CFO, structuring initial plans for

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in administrative and financial management, ideally in an international environment or shared services center
  • Strong command of general accounting, payroll, and Tunisian tax regulations
  • Proven experience in team management and process optimization
  • Comfortable with digital management tools (ERP, HRIS, reporting)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multicultural and remote teams
  • Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills, and confidentiality

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in a scale-up or SaaS/Tech environment
  • Exposure to regulatory topics involving both France and Tunisia
  • Professional English
