Supervizor is a turnkey audit analytics platform designed for internal auditors who want to move from manual sampling to continuous and intelligent analysis.
Instead of relying on sampling, our clients’ internal audit and finance teams monitor risks and detect anomalies throughout the year.

The role
This position is ideal for an experienced professional in SaaS implementation, technical integration, or technical consulting who wants to grow in a client-facing and international environment.
Reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer, you will be the main technical entry point for Supervizor deployment projects across France and the United States.
You will handle build operations, technical integrations, and project coordination with clients, working closely with Customer Success and Presales teams.
The role is split between:
- 50% technical operations (data imports, configuration, technical support)
- 50% project management and client-facing coordination
You are fully autonomous in both French and English when interacting with clients, including technical stakeholders and senior-level executives.
Your missions
1 - Deployment & project management
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects
- Structure timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects in parallel under tight deadlines
- Identify risks and ensure proper follow-up
2 - Technical integrations & build operations
- Prepare, analyze, and validate client data files for imports
- Perform build operations and system configuration
- Work with CSV, structured Excel files, XML, and JSON formats
- Ensure data quality and consistency in integrations
- Participate in testing and client validation phases
3 - APIs & connectors
- Work with REST APIs and integration connectors
- Read and interpret technical documentation
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Support integration setups with iPaaS platforms
- Collaborate with client-side technical teams
4 - Client relationship & coordination
- Lead technical discussions with French and US clients
- Act as the main technical point of contact during implementations
- Ensure clear, structured, and proactive communication
- Support clients on both technical and operational topics
5 - Documentation & continuous improvement
- Document configurations, processes, and project tracking
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes
- Help structure implementation standards and best practices
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, technical integration, or technical consulting roles
- Proven experience in enterprise client deployment projects
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
- Good understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, Cegid or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of CSV, Excel, XML, and JSON formats
- Solid understanding of REST APIs: documentation reading, testing, debugging
- Experience with iPaaS platforms such as SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Boomi or equivalent
- Proficiency with project management tools: Jira, Zoho, Notion…
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- Fluent French (C1/C2 required)
- Professional English (minimum C1 level)
