Supervizor will implement architectural changes on the Supervizor platform during 2026-2027. Security controls (encryption, access control, monitoring) will remain equivalent or stronger.
Supervizor will post material updates at the following URL:
Cloud Supplier Change
Starting in 2026, Supervizor will migrate from Microsoft Azure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Standard data hosting locations:
- United States customers: Iowa (us-central1)
- EU customers: Belgium (europe-west1)
Additional regions maybe available in the future as a paid option, subject to Supervizor's validation.
A « Local Control » option whereby encryption keys are stored separately will also be available as a paid offering for our EU-based customers.
Mono-Tenant to Multi-Tenant Migration
Starting in 2026, Supervizor is switching from a mono-tenant to a multi-tenant architecture.
Main tenancy model updates will be happening in Q1 2026
- User access, results navigation, collaboration data export features: multi-tenant (upon activation of native Web access).
- Connectors, data import and diagnostics: remain single‑tenant with dedicated infrastructure for each customer.
Planned next in 2026-2027: gradual migration of remaining single-tenant components to multi-tenant, with no customer action required and no reduction in data protection level. We will post updates here.
The architecture will be deployed in all locations.
Cloud Supplier is Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
